Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Care Assistant at Fulford Care & Nursing Home, Littlehampton. You’ll provide compassionate personal care, support daily living, and help with activities, building meaningful relationships with residents.

No prior care experience is needed—full training is provided. You’ll work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with opportunities for development and benefits.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous care experience.

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
