Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant in Weymouth to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring dignity and independence. You will help with medications, build relationships, and support social engagement in a friendly team.

The role offers 36 hours per week with alternating weekends, potential night shifts, and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Night Care Assistant to work 42 hours per week to include working alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
