Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care and companionship to residents in our care home. You don't need prior care experience; we offer fully funded training and progression to QCF levels to help you grow.

You'll work 36 hours per week with alternating weekends, earning up to £12.91 per hour. Benefits include the Blue Light Card, pension, and on-demand pay to support your wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• No experience required – full training provided
• Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
