Agincare in Aylesbury is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, and companionship. You will help with daily routines, monitor wellbeing, and record changes, delivering person-centred care as part of a supportive team.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, 24 hours per week with alternate weekends, a pension, access to blue light discounts, and on-demand pay to help with budgeting. A Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000 is also available.

Qualificações

• Experience in a care setting is essential.
• Able to work alternate weekends.
• 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor)
