Agincare is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our care home team in Cirencester, England. Provide compassionate personal care to residents, support with daily routines, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment.

This maternity cover role is for 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends and night shifts. We offer funded training, career development, and a pension scheme, with opportunities for progression within a supportive, community-focused employer.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a care setting is required.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• This position is working 36 hours per week, to include alternate weekends.
• Please note this is a maternity cover position for 12 months.
• Please note this is a night shift position.
