Qualifications

• Level 2 in Health & Social Care or care certificate; training provided, desirable not essential.
• Previous care home experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience leading a team or supervising others.
• Commitment, organisation, and reliable communication are valued.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and engage with residents.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings.
• Maintain personal and professional development and training.
• Safeguarding responsibilities and promoting residents' safety and choice.
• Provide evidence of completion of required training.
• Comply with fire procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Complete all training as required by the home.
