Prime Life is seeking a Day Care Assistant for a full-time role at Woodville Residential Home in Woodville, Derbyshire. The home serves 46 residents with age-related and dementia-related needs, requiring compassionate and patient care from a dedicated team.

We offer regular shifts across a 7-day week, fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme worth up to £250 per successful hire.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Full training provided; prior care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Dementia understanding is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and selecting outfits.
• Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition & hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents to appointments or social outings.
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and respond to enquiries from families.
