Night Care Assistant - Bank Support Team

Location: Elizabeth House Residential Home, Poole, BH12 4PX

Pay rate: £12.50 - £12.75 per hour + paid breaks

Hours: Bank Support Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Assistant to join the Bank Support Team at Elizabeth House, our specialist residential and dementia care home, overlooking Canford Heath Nature Reserve in Poole, Dorset.

Who we are looking for:

Elizabeth House seeks individuals with a genuine desire to positively impact residents' lives. You should be compassionate and understanding. Previous care experience is not essential; experience in customer care or community support is valuable. Full induction and training will be provided.

What you will be doing:

1. Delivering person-centred care, respecting each resident's dignity and needs.
2. Following care plans, supporting with washing, dressing, toileting, food, drink, and mobility.
3. Building relationships and providing companionship to enhance wellbeing.
4. Supporting residents to maintain independence.
5. Creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
