Job summary

Agincare is expanding in London with Laurel Dene Care Home in Hampton, and we are hiring a Night Care Assistant. This 44‑hour per week role offers £14.80 per hour and involves personal care, medication administration, and helping residents with daily living activities.

You will work as part of a team to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, with funded training up to QCF Level 5 and access to benefits like pension, on‑demand pay, and refer‑a‑Friend bonuses; sponsorship is not available.

What You Will Be Doing

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working in a care setting is preferred

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• There is one position available working 44 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
• The shift patterns are 8am to 8pm
