Job summary

Agincare’s Regency Care Home in Derby is recruiting a Care Assistant (no experience required) to support residents with personal care, daily living activities and social engagement. Full training is provided and you’ll join a friendly team delivering dignity and comfort.

The role offers 36 hours per week with alternate weekends, day and night shifts, pension, on-demand pay and a Refer‑a‑Friend bonus up to £1,000. Wage is up to £12.76 per hour, and visa sponsorship is not available.
