Job summary

Westerton Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care. Full training and ongoing development are provided, with a friendly, team-focused environment designed to respect residents’ dignity and independence.

You will work under supervision to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, following care plans and recognizing changes in residents’ condition. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Job description

Our modern care home provides the highest quality of Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 106-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to up to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
