Job summary

Deeside Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Care Assistant on a full-time basis. You will provide person-centred care, assisting residents with daily living and maintaining their dignity and independence in a compassionate setting.

The role welcomes both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training and ongoing development offered to support your career in care. Benefits include PVG clearance, pension, uniform and generous annual leave.

Job description

Our impressive 68-bedded care facility provides residents with exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care, in a luxury setting.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
