Job summary

Springvale Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and wellbeing. You will work as part of a friendly team in a luxury home, following care plans and contributing to a safe, respectful environment.

Training and ongoing development are provided; prior experience is helpful but not essential, and SVQ Level 2 is desirable. The role offers up to 44 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate.

Job description

Our luxury care home based in Lennoxtown, delivering the highest levels of Residential, Dementia, Respite & Nursing care for 96-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted to up to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
