Care Assistant role at Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home, part of Care Concern Group in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with daily living, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued through person-centred care and dignity.

You will follow care plans, notice changes in condition, contribute to safe, responsive care, and work with a supportive team to create a warm environment.

Competenze

• Care experience is beneficial but not required.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work toward.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Mansioni

Our purpose-built care home offers outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for the elderly, accommodating up to 60 residents in a comfortable and supportive environment designed to enhance their quality of life.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.00 per hour
• Paid Breaks
• Contracted to 37.5 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
