Green & Fortune Ltd. is seeking a Night Café Supervisor to oversee the overnight operations at our London venue. You will lead the night team, ensure a smooth service, and prepare the café for the next day’s shift.

The role requires hands-on leadership, barista knowledge, and the ability to resolve issues during night hours in a fast-paced environment.

Night Cafe Supervisor - Open Day

We are looking for a Night Cafe Supervisor to join Temperance Cocoa Rooms team at London Museum, opening its doors on 28 November.

Typical shifts will range from Thursday to Sunday, flexibly starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am.

Temperance Cocoa Rooms will operate round-the-clock hours to echo the 24hr rhythm of the city. It will be a place where early risers, night owls and post-service crowds can converge. A tee-total meet up space, with room to host community clubs, intimate events and talks.

What makes you the Night Café Supervisor?

Oversee and lead the café overnight team and operations.

• Lead the café overnight, taking charge of the operation and deputising for the Café Manager. Keep service running smoothly and make sure the café is set up and ready for the next day or shift.
• Manage the overnight team and standards, ensuring service readiness.
• Oversee the team throughout the shift, providing direction, feedback and support to maintain consistently high standards and deal with any issues that come up overnight.

• Good coffee and barista knowledge, with the ability to maintain quality standards and support and train the team.
• A hands‑on approach, sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions, solve problems and take responsibility for the café throughout the night.
