Join us for our London Museum Open Day! Apply for our Café Supervisor role and, if shortlisted, you’ll be invited to our Open Day at our Head Office on 28 September. We’re looking for a Café Supervisor to join the café team at London Museum, opening its doors on 28 November in the heart of historic Smithfield, bringing together thousands of years of London’s history through world-class events, experiences and hospitality. We are looking for a Café Supervisor who enjoys being at the heart of a busy operation, naturally leads from the floor and takes pride in creating a welcoming place people want to return to. Someone who knows what great café service looks like, has a real interest in coffee and food, and enjoys helping a team deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the day. If you’re excited by the idea of helping shape a new café from day one and creating an experience that becomes part of people’s visit to London Museum, we’d love to hear from you. At Green and Fortune, we take pride of the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.
Take the lead on shift, making sure the café is ready for service, well stocked and running smoothly from opening through to close.
Lead by example, organising the team, coaching colleagues and creating a positive, supportive environment built around great service.
Keep standards high across coffee, food presentation and service, making sure the team has the product knowledge and confidence to look after every guest.
Keep an eye on tills, cash handling, replenishment, portion control and wastage, responding quickly to the demands of a busy café operation.
Work closely with the kitchen and wider management team while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and operational compliance.
