We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join Clerks House team, at London Museum, opening its doors on 28 November in the heart of historic Smithfield, bringing together thousands of years of London's history through world class events, experiences and hospitality.
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who loves bringing places to life, naturally builds relationships and leads from the floor. Someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing familiar faces return, remembers people’s names and favourite dishes, and takes pride in creating a team that genuinely enjoys looking after people. You’ll be curious about great food and drink, love sharing the stories behind our producers and menus, and believe that the smallest moments of hospitality are often the ones guests remember most.
Clerks House will be Smithfield’s new 140-cover all-day dining room and bistro, rooted in London’s culinary history. Serving breakfast through to dinner, alongside weekend brunch and Sunday roasts, the menu will celebrate seasonal produce, craft and the cultural influences that define London’s food scene.
If you’re excited by the idea of contributing to shape a restaurant that becomes a favourite London destination, we’d love to hear from you.
At Green and Fortune, we take pride of the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.
Take the lead on the floor, keeping service running smoothly from opening through to close and maintaining high standards of presentation, pace and quality.
Lead by example, supporting, coaching and developing the team during service and creating a positive environment built around professionalism and great hospitality.
Be a visible presence on the floor, anticipating guests’ needs, bringing our menus to life and ensuring every guest receives a warm, knowledgeable and memorable experience.
Keep an eye on reservations, guest flow, table turnover and section performance, responding confidently to the challenges of a busy service without compromising hospitality.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, host and wider teams, keeping communication flowing and making sure food, drink and service come together seamlessly.
