Job summary

Dalhousie Castle is seeking a confident Night Auditor to oversee Front Office operations and guest experience during the night shift. You will be the primary point of contact for overnight guests and will supervise check-ins, check-outs, and banking tasks.

The role combines luxury hospitality with financial controls, system checks, and cross-department coordination to ensure a seamless overnight experience for guests and a ready state for the morning team.

Qualifications

• Previous night audit, reception, or front office experience.
• Confident with payments and banking processes.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with late check-ins.
• Deliver professional check-in/out experiences and ensure accuracy of bookings.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns overnight.
• Process payments and reconcile end-of-day banking procedures.
