Novotel London Greenwich, part of the Accor family, invites applications for a full-time Night Auditor/Reception role. You will welcome guests, reconcile daily revenue, and generate inter-department reports.

You will manage reservations and guest accounts, coordinate departures with Front Office, and support a range of departments to ensure smooth operations. We value guest focus, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public

Qualificações

• Guest-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience with Opera or a related system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming late-arrival guests and farewelling early departures.
• Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and posting revenues.
• Preparing and distributing reports to inter-departments.
• Managing reservations and guest accounts for in-house guests with accurate details.
• Coordinating departures paperwork with Front Office.
• Providing supervision and support to Front Office and other departments as needed.
• Responding to guest inquiries promptly.
• Ensuring smooth handover between Night Audit and Reception.
• Maximising guest satisfaction and property safety.
