Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee the hotel during overnight hours and deliver warm, attentive service to guests. You will handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and ensure accurate end-of-day financials while maintaining a secure, welcoming reception area.

The role combines guest service with critical financial tasks, requiring independent work and collaboration with the day team.

Qualifications

• Friendly and guest-focused approach.
• Experience in hotel reception or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical and admin abilities (billing, payments).

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests arriving at night.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, delivering excellent service.
• Carry out security walk-rounds to ensure safety of guests and property.
• Complete the night audit process and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Resolve billing queries or disputed charges accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Hand over overnight procedures effectively to the daytime team.
