Job summary

Accor in Reading, United Kingdom, is seeking a Night Auditor to greet guests and manage them from arrival to departure, ensuring a warm, high-quality service throughout the night. You will maintain a secure environment while handling diary events, messages, and wake-up calls, and you will balance cashiering accurately at each shift's end.

The role requires 1 year of customer-facing hospitality experience, excellent communication and strong organisational skills, and a positive, proactive

Responsibilities

• The Night Auditor welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.
• They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
• They ensure a smooth and secure environment to all the guests during the night.
• Ensure all diary events, flags and specials are actioned.
• Check and pass on all guest mail, messages and parcels promptly.
• Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.
• Any other duties requested by Manager.
• Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist.
• To answer, as promptly as possible, all incoming calls.
• Ensure reports are distributed.
• Process wake-up calls.
• Ensure necessary handover of information is passed on to the oncoming shift.

Salary

£13.95 per hour.
