RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Auditor for our Imperial Hotel Blackpool to ensure accurate nightly financial reconciliations and a seamless guest experience.

You will balance daily transactions, prepare end-of-day reports, check in late arrivals, monitor security, collaborate with front office and accounting teams, and communicate handover to the day team to maintain smooth operations overnight.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or finance roles with an understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliation.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room revenue and F&B.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management with accurate records.
• Check in late arrivals, assist guests, and provide overnight front desk support.
• Conduct regular security checks to ensure guest and property safety.
• Collaborate with front office and accounting teams to resolve issues overnight.
• Prepare handover notes and ensure information is recorded for the day team.
• Handle emergencies overnight, coordinating with relevant departments.
