RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Night Auditor for our Lancashire hotel. You will balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare end-of-day reports, check in late arrivals, assist guests, and support overnight front desk operations.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or finance roles with accounting knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Flexibility to work night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, and other charges.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management, ensuring accuracy in accounting records and resolving discrepancies.
• Check in late arrivals, assist guests with inquiries, and provide overnight front desk support.
• Conduct regular security checks throughout the hotel to ensure guest and property safety.
• Collaborate with front office and accounting teams to address issues identified during the night audit.
• Maintain handover notes and ensure all relevant information is recorded for the day team.
• Handle emergencies overnight, coordinating with necessary departments.
