Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham is seeking a proactive Night Auditor to lead shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold product quality across departments.

You will supervise the team, manage security, conduct emergency procedures, and collaborate with Accounts for audits and reporting while training staff on SOPs and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Provide support to and supervise the team for an effective and efficient shift.
• Manage and control security of the hotel - ensuring the safety of our guests and employees at all times.
• Maintain excellence knowledge of all emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the overall guest experience and ensure consistency.
• Implement SOPs to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery, while conducting regular training sessions to familiarise team members with the hotel’s service standards.
• Provide support for recruitment by sourcing, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates, ensuring a warm welcome for all new starters.
• Work closely with the Accounts team, ensuring audits and financial reporting are correct.
• Close and consolidate daily business by executing internal audits, reporting on sales leads, scores and revenue taken.
• Prepare hotel for the next day, such as M&E and ambient breakfast set up, with particular attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Company policies, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations.
• Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team.
