Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Milton Keynes is seeking a Room Attendant to provide excellent guest care by cleaning and servicing bedrooms and bathrooms to brand standards. You will work efficiently to complete tasks, respond to guest requests, and maintain a tidy department and storerooms.

You'll follow safety rules, COSHH and Manual Handling, participate in energy-saving measures, and use our systems to log tasks. The role offers training, career development, special hotel-rate perks, and a friendly team

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is advantageous.
• Strong guest-focus with a smile and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to follow brand standards for cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to brand standards.
• Respond to guest requests in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain a tidy working environment including storerooms, trolleys and corridors.
