Job summary

Novotel London Greenwich, part of the Accor network, is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver VIP service with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. You will welcome late arrivals, reconcile outlets, post daily revenue, and coordinate with the Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has Opera or similar PMS experience and thrives on strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming our late arrival guests and farewelling our early departures.
• Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings.
• Preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments.
• Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
• Coordinating with the Front Office team and assisting with departures.
• Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required.
• Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Ensuring an effective handover of issues at shift changes between Night Audit and Reception.

Job Description

Your expertise will enable you to provide VIP service to our guests. Your typical duties will include but won\'t be limited to:

• Welcoming our late arrival guests and farewelling our early departures.
• Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings.
• Preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments.
• Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
• Collating paperwork for departures and coordinate with the Front Office team.
• Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required.
• Responding to guest enquires and requests in a timely manner.
• Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Audit and Reception.
• Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
• Attendingto guests requests efficiently and effectively in order to ensure total customer satisfaction
