Job summary

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Implementation Co-ordinator to support the rollout of the NHS People Portal across the Trust, replacing ESR and improving staff experience. You will work with the Implementation Lead, coordinate activities, train users and ensure successful adoption of the new system.

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Prince 2 Foundation/ Practitioner trained or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience in using workforce Systems

Responsibilities

• Act as System Administrator for the Future Workforce Solution, maintaining security and resolving issues.
• Undertake and maintain system configuration and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Prepare documentation and training guides for the Future Workforce Solution.
• Provide first-line support and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Deliver training sessions and create training materials for staff adoption.
