Job summary

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Implementation Co-ordinator to support the NHS People Portal rollout, replacing ESR, and to enhance staff and manager experience across the Trust.

Based in Manchester with involvement across multiple sites, the role requires system knowledge, training delivery and strong stakeholder engagement as part of a large-scale organizational change programme.

Qualifications

• Experience of workforce systems, project support, training delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of the implementation programme.
• Act as subject matter expert providing guidance, troubleshooting and practical solutions to users.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions and develop training materials.
• Coordinate implementation activities and monitor progress across the Trust.
