Job summary

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Administrative professional to join the Unscheduled Care Coordination Hub (UCCH) in Birkenhead. The role supports the Directorate Management Team with data collection and reporting, working across urgent community referrals.

The post requires strong organisational skills, NHS experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Working hours are 37.5 per week on a 7-day rota, within a busy regional hub aimed at improving patient

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience of data collection and recording.
• Previous experience working in an administration role supporting a multi-disciplinary team.
• Previous experience working in the NHS.
• ECDL

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Directorate Management Team and collect patient data to support activity management.
• Ensure administrative and clerical duties are completed accurately and timely to help meet KPIs.
• Work with clinical and operational management teams to prepare reports and papers.
• Comply with confidentiality and data protection policies.
