The role involves handling calls, paging, and emergencies with a strong focus on customer care and professional communication. Working on an 8-week rota, you will join a busy team, respond to inquiries, and help maintain reliable facilities support.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A-C in core subjects and IT qualifications are required.
• Able to communicate clearly and handle enquiries with courtesy.
• Experience in a busy switchboard or helpdesk is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a Centralised Switchboard Service to the Trust and route calls to correct extensions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, alarms and incidents and assist in escalation.
• Liaise with site coordinators and on-call staff for rapid responses during emergencies.
• Deliver courteous, professional and patient-focused customer service at all times.
