Job summary

NTW Solutions Limited is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse Soft FM portfolio across hospital sites and community premises. You will coordinate cleaning, catering, portering, waste, transport, and related services to ensure patient comfort and safety.

The role requires knowledge of NHS facilities management, health and safety, and governance. A strong focus on team leadership, risk assessment, and staff development is essential for success in this dynamic

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Food Hygiene Legislation, Health and Safety, COSHH and Risk Assessment.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, patients and public.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills and ability to write reports.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate all aspects of an effective operational Facilities team including cleaning of wards and general areas.
• Oversee catering, portering, transport, waste, switchboard and other soft FM services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and quality standards.
