Tate is seeking four experienced Temporary Patient Coordinators / Waiting List Officers to support elective care, waiting list management and patient booking across NHS services in England.

Ideal candidates will have NHS admin experience, understand RTT rules, and be adept at patient pathway tracking, appointment scheduling and theatre booking processes.

Strong IT and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a busy clinical environment are essential.

Qualifications

• NHS administrative experience.
• Understanding and applying RTT rules.
• Experience with waiting lists and patient pathways.

Responsabilités

• Manage waiting lists and patient bookings across NHS services.
• Coordinate patient pathways and RTT adherence.
• Assist theatre list scheduling and consultant bookings where required.
