We are seeking four experienced Temporary Patient Coordinators / Waiting List Officers to support elective care, waiting list management and patient booking across NHS services.
Candidates must have previous NHS experience and a good understanding of Referral to Treatment (RTT) rules, although Band 4-level experience is not essential. Experience of elective waiting lists, patient pathway tracking and appointment scheduling is highly desirable.
An understanding of theatre list scheduling and consultant booking processes would be particularly beneficial. Experience of surgeon-specific booking rules is an advantage; where these are not already established, there may be an opportunity to support their development.
Candidates should have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy healthcare environment.
Tate is committed to promoting equal opportunities. To ensure that every candidate has the best experience with us, we encourage you to let us know if there are any adjustments we can make during the application or interview process. Your comfort and accessibility are our priority, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
