Job summary

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a role leading the statutory and mandatory training programme and learning systems. You will manage ESR, deliver data-driven compliance reporting and supervise a small team to enhance learning outcomes across the Trust.

The post holder will work with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to improve training standards, ensure regulatory compliance and support continuous improvement in workforce development.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent in education, business, HR or data and digital.
• Experience in managing mandatory training programmes in healthcare.
• Knowledge of ESR functionality and e-learning tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Understanding of GDPR and data governance.
• Experience implementing policy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and mandatory training requirements and CSTF.
• Manage ESR and related learning systems and data.
• Produce compliance reports and monitor data quality.
• Support GDPR compliance and audits.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with stakeholders.
