Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Systems Trainer to deliver systems training across the Trust, following agreed lesson plans and assisting in evaluating software after upgrades. You will liaise with the Line Manager and contribute to the Clinical Systems Training intranet site, ensuring training documentation is current.

In a 24/7 NHS environment you will provide flexible training delivery, support other trainers, help with end-user guides and project roll-outs,

Responsibilities

• Deliver Training
• Evaluate Training feedback
• Assist with System Upgrades in terms of review of training documentation
• Provide support and assistance to trainers and end users
• Support with training issues
• Functional support
• Support/ contribute to Training intranet site
• Support updating/ reviewing of user guides
• Provide flexible approach to deliver training and supporting project roll outs
