Job summary

• Lead and develop statutory and mandatory training programme and learning systems.
• Manage ESR and eLearning for Health (eLfH) platforms and learning systems.
• Lead a small team delivering mandatory training, data and digital support services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of statutory and mandatory training requirements, ensuring staff training needs are assigned and monitored through ESR and learning systems.
• Produce reports, oversee learning system functionality, develop guidance and processes, and support digital learning solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects, data quality assurance, policy implementation, and audits to enhance learning provision and workforce development.
