Qualifications

• Independent consultant with NHS delivery experience.
• Experience delivering technology implementations or digital transformation projects within the NHS.
• Strong hands-on experience in product configuration, testing, training and supporting technology adoption.
• Experience managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational change within NHS Trusts.
• Ability to work with clinical and operational teams, translating requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on deployment and front-end configuration of products, including troubleshooting and user issue resolution.
• Coordinate product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting test scripts and requirements gathering.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to clinical, operational, super-user and service desk teams.
• Manage implementation and change activities, including project plans, stakeholder engagement, go-live readiness and transition to BAU.
