Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Team Lead in the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre, Birmingham. You will lead the Posture and Mobility Service administration, supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating purchasing to support high-quality patient care.

The role requires NHS experience, NVQ4 in administration, and strong data reporting skills. It offers 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday, with a salary of £28,392–£31,157 per year (pro rata).

Qualifications

• NVQ4 in administration or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Maths GCSE or equivalent.
• English GCSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative leadership and support to the service.
• Coordinate, deploy and supervise administrative staff across defined areas.
• Ensure data quality and timely reporting for KPIs and audits.
• Monitor sickness and absence within the team and manage return-to-work processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for service reviews and performance monitoring.
• Lead a team and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
