Job summary

Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Team Lead for the Posture and Mobility Service. You will lead the administration team, ensure efficient patient pathways, and supervise data reporting and performance metrics across the service.

The role requires Band 4 NHS AfC grade with NVQ4 in administration and NHS experience. Office-based, full-time hours, with a salary in the £28k–£31k range and a focus on accuracy and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• NVQ4 in administration or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Maths GCSE or equivalent.
• English GCSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deploy and supervise administrative staff across defined areas.
• Monitor waiting lists and patient pathways to meet targets and raise alerts for breaches.
• Maintain robust data quality systems and timely reporting for KPIs and audits.
• Manage sickness and absence with timely return-to-work actions per policy.
• Prepare clear reports from service performance data to support reviews and improvements.
