Job summary

Churchill Group in Gatwick is seeking an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-ordinator on a full-time basis. You will prepare ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to an approved infection-control standard, working within a friendly team to maintain clean and safe environments for clients.

You will also test medical equipment on Trust vehicles, replace depleted Make Ready packs and reseal response bags.

Qualifications

• Security clearance (DBS) required.
• Experience cleaning ambulances or similar environment desirable.

Salary: £13.75 – £14.31

Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long-established business area and as an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-ordinator you will have the all-important duty of preparing ambulances, rapid response cars and patient transport vehicles to an approved standard, which includes deep cleaning to an infection control standard. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

As an Ambulance Cleaner & Stock Co-ordinator, you will be looking after Gatwick MRCand will test all medical equipment deployed on the Trust’s vehicles to ensure equipment is fit for purpose and in working order, replacing all used or broken Make Ready packs and to replace the response bags with repacked and ready to use sealed bags.
