South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting NHS 111 Health Advisors to join a fast-paced, patient‑facing team in Milton Keynes. You’ll handle calls ranging from everyday health concerns to emergencies, guiding and reassuring callers with empathy and clear communication.

No medical background is required; we’re looking for compassion, confidence, resilience and a genuine wish to help others.

Qualifications

• Based in Milton Keynes (office-based only — NO remote working).
• Must be 18+.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Handle a huge variety of calls, from everyday health concerns to real emergencies.
• Guide someone in distress and support a worried parent where needed.
• Help callers spot signs of serious conditions with empathy and clarity.
