Job summary

HUC's Bedford Contact Centre supports NHS 111 and Out of Hours services across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, West Essex, and the Southwest. The team operates a rotating shift pattern between 7am and 11pm, seven days a week.

A comprehensive 6-week training programme runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Join a supportive team dedicated to patient care and be the voice patients hear when they need help or urgent guidance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
