Job summary

Berkeley Scott are recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to join a school catering team in Northampton. This role offers an immediate start and the chance to lead day-to-day kitchen operations within a school environment.

You will oversee preparation and service of meals, manage staff, ensure food hygiene and safety standards, and handle stock and orders while contributing to a positive environment for pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef Manager or in a senior catering role.
• Experience in a school/education setting is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• 2 references required.
• Food Safety Level 2 certificate required (or willingness to obtain).
• Food Allergen certificate required (or willingness to obtain).

What you will be doing
