About the role

We are seeking newly qualified Social Workers to support residents with a range of needs, using strength-based approaches to empower individuals. You will manage a protected caseload including older people and those with physical disabilities.

We offer an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) to help you develop your skills and become a competent social worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Care Act assessments and develop support plans.
  • Complete reviews for packages of care.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional forums.
  • Apply preventative and strength-based practices.
  • Develop skills in safeguarding vulnerable adults.
  • Complete the ASYE programme.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to apply research-informed practices.
  • Collaborative approach with multi-agency partners.
  • Keen to build on existing knowledge and skills.
Additional Information

Please highlight your relevant experience, especially in working with adults and any lived experience. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and other pre-employment clearances.
