A leading national law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Warwickshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join an established and successful practice, working alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes.

The Role

You will gain exposure to a varied caseload, including:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence
• Business and corporate disputes
• Property and landlord & tenant disputes
• Injunctions and urgent applications
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• General commercial litigation and dispute resolution

You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and gain hands‑on experience across all stages of the litigation process, with strong support and supervision as you develop your career.

About You

We are looking for an NQ Solicitor who has completed a training contract with good exposure to Commercial Litigation and is now looking to establish themselves within a leading national practice.

You will ideally have:

• Newly qualified status or be due to qualify shortly
• Good experience in Commercial Litigation gained during your training contract
• Strong academic and technical ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a client‑focused approach
• The confidence to take responsibility and develop your own skills
• A genuine interest in contentious work
• Ambition to progress within a successful national law firm
