Qualifications

• Newly qualified status or due to qualify shortly.
• Exposure to Commercial Litigation during training contract.
• Strong academic and technical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to a varied caseload including commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and more.
• Work directly with clients and gain hands-on experience across all stages of the litigation process with supervision.
