Job summary

TSR Legal is working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established team in Worcestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience to build their career within a busy and supportive environment, handling a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients.

Qualifications

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in property litigation, whether gained during a training contract or in a qualified role.
• You will be organised, commercially aware, and confident in managing client relationships, with strong communication and drafting skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients.
• Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and land ownership issues.
• Assist with easements, rights of way, trespass, and nuisance claims.
• Develop client relationships and manage cases with independence and in a team when needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience to build their career within a busy and supportive environment, handling a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, advising on matters including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and land ownership issues, easements, rights of way, trespass, nuisance claims, and other property-related litigation. The role offers exposure to high-quality work with the support of experienced colleagues on more complex matters where required.
