Job summary

SaccoMann is recruiting a Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ–2 years’ PQE) for its Birmingham team. The role covers a mix of contentious and advisory work for major commercial clients, with court, arbitration and ADR exposure.

You will join a collaborative team focused on technical excellence, training and career progression, with flexible hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ–2 years’ PQE in property or commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills.
• Proactive and client-focused with a commercial mindset.
• Keen to develop expertise in complex property disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of commercial property disputes, from landlord and tenant issues to development-related claims.
• Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value litigation and arbitration matters.
• Handle your own caseload of lower-value disputes under supervision.
• Advise clients on strategy and risk across all stages of proceedings.
• Participate in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Contribute to business development activities, seminars, and client training.
