Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is representing an established RIBA chartered practice for a Newly Qualified Architect in Northampton. The role focuses on producing detailed project information across all RIBA stages and working closely with the design team.

Key requirements include completing RIBA Part 3, ARB registration, and proven Revit proficiency. Commercial/industrial project experience is advantageous, with strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of UK building regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of design services to the commercial and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a Newly Qualified Architect to join their team in Northampton.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages


• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information


• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams


• Attend design team meetings and site visits


• Issue working drawing packs of information

Requirements for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• Successfully completed your RIBA Part 3 qualification


• ARB registered


• Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience is advantageous


• Proficiency with Revit is essential


• Experience working on commercial or industrial projects


• Excellent technical and design skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Working knowledge of UK building regulations


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Live within a commutable distance to the Northampton area
