Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in London is seeking an experienced Architect to join their RIBA chartered practice. You will contribute to design excellence across sectors and work within a collaborative team.

You will lead on large-scale projects through all RIBA work stages, liaising with clients and contractors, producing detailed Revit packages, and ensuring site visits maintain high quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• ARB registered with UK practice experience.
• Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience in UK practice.
• Proficient with Revit and producing detailed drawings.
• Experience on healthcare projects is desirable.
• Excellent drawing, design, and technical detailing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large scale projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and the team.
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit.
• Carry out site visits and ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential, healthcare, leisure, industrial, and defence sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architect to join their London studio.

Duties for the role of Architect:

• Lead on large scale projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Requirements for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit
• Experience managing projects within the healthcare sector is desirable
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong technical detailing skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
